Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do! We ship any where Canada Post and UPS will deliver to! To see your shipping price options just add your items to the cart, and put in your address for the available shipping to your home!
How long does shipping take?
Shipping will depend on the method you select.
The very base shipping for the US or International is 6-13 business days.
Tracked packet is 6-10 business days.
UPS 8 days, is 5-8 business days.
UPS 3 days is 1-3 business days.
The time frame is also shown at the checkout for you!
Are your products handmade?
Do you take product requests?
We are always open to new ideas and products that can be made. We make these products because people want them. So we love to hear your ideas. If we think we can make it for a reasonable price then you might see your idea come to life. Tell us what you’d like to see made!
Do you make custom products?
Yes we do! This is done on a case by case basis and needs to be discussed to give you the best answer. Want to know more? Contact us!
Where are you located?
We are in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, Canada (we know, a mouth full right?). We ship worldwide, we want to share our products with fitness lovers and hobbyists all around the world!
Custom Text, what is that?
Many of our items have the option to add custom text. This would be what you want written on the item. Maybe you want a name and a year, or to say merry Christmas.
The custom text is hand written on in a durable ink.
Can I add custom text to any of your items?
Not all items can have custom text, we only allow for it if we feel it is going to last. Ornaments are usually safe because they aren’t being touched all the time or banged around in a pocket. A keychain however gets too much abuse for the ink stand up to it. Each listing shows what is offered or available in terms of customizing options.
Do you take returns?
Yes and no. If the item been customized then no.
Please contact us before returning anything. We will not refund unauthorized returns. All non-personalized items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and mint condition. The original shipping price will not be refunded, and you must pay return shipping fees. Please contact us and we will instruct you on the best method.
