Free Shipping Eligibility and Criteria

Canada and USA

Free Shipping Orders $125 (Canadian dollars) or More:

Purchase $125 (CAD$) or more worth of items (before taxes, fees & after discounts/promo codes), smaller orders are charged based on the shipping options you choose. 

Within Canada orders over $125 will ship free with Canada Post Tracked Packet.

For USA orders over $125 will ship free with UPS 7 business days. You can upgrade to 3 business days for an additional $23 Canadian dollars.

P.O. Boxes: All orders for shipping addresses with P.O. boxes will be shipped Canada Post, as UPS and Purolator do not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Rural/Remote areas: Certain locations do require additional shipping charges. These areas do not qualify for free shipping. If this is the case, we will email you before shipping your order.

Note: Weekends & holidays do not count as a shipping day.

 

International Orders

Free Shipping Orders $225 (Canadian dollars) or More: Tracked Canada Post delivery (we may be substituted with UPS or Purolator if they are better options) – Order $225 or more worth of items (before taxes, fees & after discounts/promo codes), smaller orders are charged based on the shipping options you choose.

Rural/Remote areas: Certain locations do require additional shipping charges. These areas do not qualify for free shipping. If this is the case, we will email you before shipping your order.

Note: Weekends & holidays do not count as a shipping day.

 

Terms and Conditions

Cancellation: A 15% Cancellation Fee will be applied to any orders placed and then cancelled. Once an order is placed you cannot change &/or add products, unless you contact us before it has shipped.

Payment Method: We offer the following payment options – PayPal, Credit Card (via PayPal, you do not have to have an account with them), Interac (email money transfer for Canadian orders). 

*We reserve the right to contact you before processing your order to request a change in the payment method for security reasons.

Customer Pickups: Local orders (Saskatoon, SK) can be picked up, and will be arranged via email.

Undeliverable/unclaimed Packages: Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable/unclaimed. When the carrier returns an undeliverable/unclaimed package to us, we will make contact with you to make arrangements for reshipment. We are charged by the shipper for the return postage and the additional charge incurred to reship. These charges will be charged to you (via PayPal invoice) for actual shipping costs once received back MINUS the postage incurred to send it and the return postage. If you do not pay these charges to us, your order will be cancelled with a 15% cancellation fee and the cost of the original shipping and returned shipping.

Order Address Errors: Parcel/Shipping labels are generated directly from the information you have provided on the ‘checkout page’. Please ensure all information you provide is correct. If an error is made on your address and and your selected shipper (Canada Post, UPS or Purolator) has to correct your address to affect delivery an additional charge of $15.00 will be to your account. If the address cannot be corrected by your selected shipper (Canada Post, UPS or Purolator) and the item is “returned to sender”, We are charged by the shipper for the return postage and the additional charge incurred to reship. These charges will be charged to your account. If at that time you chose to cancel your order we will issue a refund for the item once received back MINUS the postage incurred to send it and the return postage. Please double check your address to ensure it is complete and accurate.

*Although you may have received free shipping there is an actual cost we pay to the courier to ship your order. Any error or undeliverable/unclaimed packages you are responsble to cover that actual cost.

Returns

Returns: Please contact our customer service department @ Contact Us. We will not refund orders unless we are first contacted only so we can access the problem and determine how best to handle it. Be sure to include your order # in all correspondence.

Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase & products must be sealed. A refund will be issued less the original ACTUAL postage (incurred to us by your selected shipper – Canada Post, UPS or Purolator), whether the order was over or under $125/225 AND the return postage incurred to us by your selected plus a 15% restocking fee. 

For any damages or claims, please retain the shipment and packaging for inspection for a period of 30 days. Failure to retain the shipment and packing for inspection may result in the claim being denied.

Partial Returns: should the order fall under $125/225, the chosen postage rate will be deducted from refund.

Order Discrepancy: We strive to ensure you receive your order quickly and 100% accurate. If you find an error with your order please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Please ensure you keep your invoice that contains your full order details.

**We reserve the right at any time to reject, correct, cancel or terminate any order for any reason whatsoever. If the price of any product you order was incorrectly displayed on our Web Site, we will provide you with an opportunity to place an order at the correct price.
